Method of Payment
We accept most major credit / debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro/Switch. Sorry we do NOT accept AMEX or Diners Card. We need the cardholders name as it appears on the card and the address as it appears on the statement. Incorrect or incomplete details means the order will not be successfully processed. Our internet ordering is 100% secure and hosted by SecPay.

Prices
All prices are in pound sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate (15%). Books, maps, children’s clothing and footwear are exempt from VAT. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product in its original packaging and labelling. We will exchange or refund the item (not postage charges) where appropriate. All goods must be in new, unused and resaleable condition. The original receipt must accompany the goods.

All products are guaranteed for twelve months unless otherwise stated. Faulty items should be returned to us in a clean, dry condition in order to comply with health and safety regulations. Failure to do so may result in your item being returned to you. We will evaluate the fault and repair, refund or replace at our discretion. Some products may have to be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation before we can make a decision.

If returning boots please do not stick stamps or tape to the box. Each box must be packaged in a manor that it may be re-used. Failure to comply with this may result in a full refund not being granted.

Delivery

Peglers aim to dispatch your order within three working days (mainland UK only) using our standard delivery service. Some remote areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland may experience a short delay.
Please allow additional delivery time for Europe and Worldwide.

The maximum time for delivery would be within 30 days unless previously agreed with the customer. We will inform you of any changes to delivery times.

Although we have a large stock of products, items can sell out. We will inform you of the expected delivery date but you retain the option to cancel your order at any time.

Items placed on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock.

Safety Warning
Due to the inherent danger of mountain/water activities Peglers strongly recommend that you seek professional advice from a suitably qualified instructor or guide with regards to the activity that you are undertaking.

Online Footwear Purchases
Should you decide to purchase footwear online be aware that you should try to test the boots around the house, as footwear that has been worn outside will not be considered or accepted for a full refund. Any postage charges incurred for the return of footwear and subsequent charges for the delivery of an alternative size or model will be paid for by the customer. There will be a £5 re-stocking fee for any footwear returned for a refund.

All sizes on this website are UK sizes unless otherwise stated. All colours may be different to the colours depicted on the web.
